Aquinas Wealth Advisors recently appeared on Fox Business Network ‘Mornings with Maria’ to discuss market outlook and earnings. “I think earnings have been pretty good, pretty strong frankly. But the question is how much capacity does the consumer have to spend particularly the middle market consumer? That’s what we look at,,” says President and Chief Executive Chris McMahon. “We see these people have been spending even recklessly spending. You’ve heard the term suicide spending – going down in a ball of flames, but the question is if we see inflation is still a problem, right? If we see that these numbers on Thursday come out, inflation is still an issue.”
